1. Overview
All sales of digital test banks (“Products”) from www.testbanknest.shop are final after download. Due to the immediate digital delivery nature:
- No refunds for changed minds, wrong purchases, or compatibility issues
- Review product descriptions carefully before purchasing
2. Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only for:
A. Non-Delivery
If you don’t receive your download link within 1 hour of purchase confirmation:
- Contact us immediately at support@testbanknest.shop
- We’ll verify and resend the Product
- Refund issued if delivery fails
B. Defective Files
For corrupted or significantly misdescribed Products:
- Must report within 7 days of purchase
- Provide proof (screenshots)
- We’ll first attempt replacement
C. Duplicate Charges
For accidental duplicate orders:
- Submit proof of duplicate transactions
- Refund processed for extra charges
3. Refund Process
To request under exceptions:
- Email support@testbanknest.shop within 7 days
- Include:
- Order number
- Purchase email
- Detailed issue description + proof
- We’ll respond within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds processed in 5-10 business days
4. Important Notes
- No refunds for:
- Changed minds
- Wrong purchases
- Device/software compatibility issues
- All refunds at our sole discretion
