1. Overview

All sales of digital test banks (“Products”) from www.testbanknest.shop are final after download. Due to the immediate digital delivery nature:

  • No refunds for changed minds, wrong purchases, or compatibility issues
  • Review product descriptions carefully before purchasing

2. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only for:

A. Non-Delivery

If you don’t receive your download link within 1 hour of purchase confirmation:

  • Contact us immediately at support@testbanknest.shop
  • We’ll verify and resend the Product
  • Refund issued if delivery fails

B. Defective Files

For corrupted or significantly misdescribed Products:

  • Must report within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide proof (screenshots)
  • We’ll first attempt replacement

C. Duplicate Charges

For accidental duplicate orders:

  • Submit proof of duplicate transactions
  • Refund processed for extra charges

3. Refund Process

To request under exceptions:

  1. Email support@testbanknest.shop within 7 days
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Purchase email
    • Detailed issue description + proof
  3. We’ll respond within 3-5 business days
  4. Approved refunds processed in 5-10 business days

4. Important Notes

  • No refunds for:
    • Changed minds
    • Wrong purchases
    • Device/software compatibility issues
  • All refunds at our sole discretion
